If you happen to be reading this then you have either stumbled upon this blog due to a random search or you are searching for some tips and suggestions to help you excel in your quest to find meaningful and gainful employment. Of the two authors on this site, one of us works for a staffing agency and one us works for the TN Department of Labor...so, not to be conceited, our advice is usually sound. For the most part, you will probably be able to find most of our advice on other sites but the reason that we are different is that we use what we talk about on a daily basis in order to help people actually get jobs and get back to work. Hopefully, we will be able to help some of you with you obstacles to employment and if this blog/website helps even one person find more gainful employment then our objectives will have been realized.
We will gladly take questions and dole out advice, but we must remind everyone that every situation is different and what works in one instance sometimes will not be beneficial in another. We hope that this site helps you in any and every way in your quest for employment.
